South Australian Health signed agreement with eHealthWise
Sydney, August 2011. SA Health have signed an agreement with eHealthWise for the provision of electronic Medical Claims services using the eHealthWise portal THELMA. SA Health already have integrated their in-patient medical, bulk-bill, and Department of Veterans’ Affairs medical claiming processes using THELMA web-services under an agreement signed with them in 2009. The new agreement extends this for another 3 years and enables SA Health to use THELMA patient verification web-services.
Emilio Fantasia, the Strategic Manager, Hospital Revenue Business Systems, of SA Health said: “We are happy with the electronic medical claim services provided by eHealthWise THELMA and the ease with which we were able to integrate our medical claims processes to THELMA. We look forward to using their patient verification services”
SA Health is the brand name for the health portfolio of services and agencies responsible to the South Australian government’s Minister for Health and the Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
